Additionally, we can regularly check the team's attendance. The feature that I appreciate the most about Sprout is the ability to view a payroll history that spans from your very first check to the present. **What do you dislike about Sprout Solutions?** I have used it for over three years. I was constantly amazed by Sprout. Sprouts provides all of the payroll, attendance, and leave-filling services that we require. **What problems is Sprout Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using a Certificate of Attendance and filling out forms for overtime, vacation, and sick leave, Sprouts greatly assists me in resolving my attendance inconsistencies. Everything we require as employees is available here, so we don't waste time calling HR or asking our supervisors for assistance in challenging our attendance issue. This is highly advantageous to me. Additionally, since you can quickly verify your payslip and file everything electronically, there is nothing you can ask for without affecting your HR or Payroll Department.
