Spott initially provided a platform that allowed users to create interactive and engaging content, which was highly beneficial for enhancing audience engagement and driving conversions. However, when they abruptly cut off access for users who had purchased lifetime licenses, all of the work created on the platform was lost. This sudden action not only nullified the value of the tools they offered but also caused significant disruptions for businesses that had integrated Spott into their workflows. It's relatively easy to set up and user friendly; I didn't even read the documentation and managed to set up interactive videos and photos in less than 15 minutes flat. The UI for the app should also be upgraded for greater user experience and usability.
