What do you dislike about Splunk Real User Monitoring?

When we were moving away from app dynamic, we had two options in mind - Splunk & Datadog. We were already using Splunk for Log Monitoring, so we thought of going with the same for IT infra monitoring & RUM... But, we quickly realise Datadog was better option for us. Ease of installation, better UI (my own preference) , and much more options to play with , gave Datadog edge over Splunk... We still use Splunk for log monitoring, but IT infra monitoring and RUM is handled by Datadog for us. There was some pricing issue as well (if I'm remembering correctly. But maybe I'm mistaken)...
