## About Spira ORP
Spira is an all-in-one field operations and oilfield ticketing software that helps service companies capture, manage, and process field work in real time. Designed for oilfield services, hydrovac, construction, and other field-based industries, Spira connects crews in the field with back-office teams to streamline digital field tickets, job tracking, invoicing, and reporting. Spira’s ORP platform enables teams to replace paper tickets with accurate, real-time data capture—reducing billing delays, improving cash flow, and increasing visibility across operations. Crews can create and submit field tickets from mobile devices, while office teams can review, approve, and invoice work faster and with fewer errors. **What do you like best about Spira ORP?**

The ability to dispatch tickets to field users who can work on those tickets without internet access is a must in the oilfield - Spira allows for this asynchronous work with ease.  We also can create different price lists for each customer and period, with the sales staff able to pick as necessary.

**What do you dislike about Spira ORP?**

The software is substantially more powerful than our use of it, so some of the additional features create confusion among the teams working in the software; if we could hide buttons or functionalities that aren't enabled, it would be great.  We also use a different ERP for our accounting functions, so we have to manually integrate Spira's data with the other ERP rather than building an immediate connection.

**What problems is Spira ORP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without the offline capabilities of Spira, we couldn't work - installing cell boosters didn't provide enough connectivity to work online, and using satellite internet is cost-prohibitive.  We've continued to monitor the space for other alternatives but have yet to find a better option that wouldn't require us to be the guinea pigs for recently developed and untested software.

Spira is customizable and has a friendly sales and support team.

**What do you dislike about Spira ORP?**

Our ticketing system is becoming more cloud based with the offering. One day we might not need to download programs for the field.

**Recommendations to others considering Spira ORP:**

Add information you want to track with your data collection. That way you can pull it with the same reports and your revenue, utilization, payroll, etc.

**What problems is Spira ORP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spira has become integral to our data collection system. Not only does it give us a way to invoice our clients but we get insights into how our equipment is used.

Customizable for all our Business Units.

Some of the field character limitations.

The Spira Team is very open and helpful in discussions. They are straightforward to work with, and their customer support team is very helpful. We work in different time zones, and they are accomodating. I have been working with them for over 14 years.

At this point in time none. Spira Team is very effiecient with problem solving

I love the Customer Price Book management capabilities as well as the ease of reporting.

I dont lilke the limitation on fiel characters

Do not hesitate - SPIRA has very customer oriented staff who are willin gto work through issues with you.

**What problems is Spira ORP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual errors in Feild Ticketing was one of the biggest problems which got solved.  The ability to provide data reporting and analysis for decision making was the major benefit .

It has a great depth of features; there isn't anything that you can't set up and configure as it relates to field operations

**What do you dislike about Spira ORP?**

Reporting is robust but can be sometimes complicated to setup

**What problems is Spira ORP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped our client get out of using Excel spreadsheets to run their business and reduced the time it took to get voices out to their customers.

I like the flexibility of the software setup that allows easier and efficient data entry for the users

**What do you dislike about Spira ORP?**

Administratively, the loading of field names from PDF forms for form tickets.

**What problems is Spira ORP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoicing problems due to engineers entering wrong prices and losing paperwork. The company stands to benefit from timely accurate invoicing to customers

**What do you like best about Spira ORP?**

Robust and intuitive software that perfectly fit our need for field service ticketing from the sales estimate through to integration with accounting for billing. Straightforward implementation. Workflow is highly customizable to our specific processes and requirements.  Standard reporting also met our requirements but more robust reporting was available.

**What do you dislike about Spira ORP?**

Administrator functions were initially split between two portals but this addressed before we moved to production.  Ticket number format options could not use what our accounting system used but it was not an issue since Spira integrated with our accounting software seamlessly.

**What problems is Spira ORP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating our field ticket process eliminated errors on sales estimates, facilitated quicker customer billing, saved back-office time and gave management real-time revenue / operational insight.

**What do you like best about Spira ORP?**

Every client that I work with uses Spira Field Intelligence has streamlined not only their invoicing process, but in many cases a number of aditional processes as well! The service I have recieved while working with anyone at Spira is top notch as well, and this should not be overlooked!

**What do you dislike about Spira ORP?**

I haven't received much in the way of negative feedback from any of my clients who are using the software.

**What problems is Spira ORP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlined field invoicing and reporting. Getting the invoice out of the field and being priocessed as quick as possible is crucial to ongoing cash flow.

We can field ticket clients right on location and get approved.  So faster turn around to invoicing

Slow feature releases and a web based solution only.

Reasonably easy to use and structured well

Sometimes found a little inflexible with out-of-scope items.  correct data entry critical

**Recommendations to others considering Spira ORP:**

Use it as a total system from ticket generation to invoicing, CRM, and quoting. Ensure all possible items are entered in the database and have someone to administer.  Allow for miscellaneous items with remarks
