There's so much to like, but I guess if I had to pick one, it's the support. Within 2mins of starting a live chat to ask a question, I was in a video call with one of their reps talking about my needs and getting my questions answered. The only slight downside for me personally is that a lot of the agents I interacted with were in a far time zone from me. The most attractive point is that the introduction cost is kept low, but it's also good that the actual implementation and API integration are not that complex in terms of workload. Additionally, the dashboard is easy to view, and it's immediately clear how much cost is incurred from unnecessary clicks and how much of it has been prevented.

While using it, the sense that CPA has improved or CVR has improved is honestly hard to feel because it can also change due to external factors or advertising strategies.
