What do you like best about Spider AF?

There's so much to like, but I guess if I had to pick one, it's the support. Within 2mins of starting a live chat to ask a question, I was in a video call with one of their reps talking about my needs and getting my questions answered. What do you dislike about Spider AF?

The only slight downside for me personally is that a lot of the agents I interacted with were in a far time zone from me. That said, they went the extra mile to add me on slack and are responsive even way outside their work hours when I have a question, so that's really well mitigated as well. Spider AF shares valuable insights spotted in statistical anomalies for the partners total traffic (partner-level) and not only on the user-level. Its done via visually engaging dashboards which is always useful, but also such an approach gives us an opportunity to understand the traffic on a big picture level and open productive talks with the publishers (using examples). I dont need to spend a lot of time on it, Spider AF would do the AD fraud detection automatically for me.

I don't have major complaints, but blocking fraudulent clicks is like a game of whack-a-mole with new IPs and other forms of unauthorized access increasing. I hope for daily updates to reduce the percentage of unauthorized access even a little. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

By simply setting a tag, you can start countermeasures against malicious click ad fraud, and you can also see from the tool's management screen what types of ad fraud were most common. The tool also provides an estimate of the cost savings achieved through its impact. Additionally, it can also counteract malicious conversions, allowing for quality-assured conversion measurement. What do you like best about Spider AF?

The most attractive point is that the introduction cost is kept low, but it's also good that the actual implementation and API integration are not that complex in terms of workload. Additionally, the dashboard is easy to view, and it's immediately clear how much cost is incurred from unnecessary clicks and how much of it has been prevented.

While using it, the sense that CPA has improved or CVR has improved is honestly hard to feel because it can also change due to external factors or advertising strategies. However, just the fact that it can visualize the prevention of access from overseas servers is quite beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spider AF?

There are no particular complaints or points that need improvement, but I feel that I am unable to fully convey the appeal when proposing to clients. Especially for clients who lack knowledge or expertise in ad fraud, I have received responses questioning whether it is worth spending money on, even if it's a small amount. I want to convey that it is absolutely better to address this for the future.

Of course, numerical evidence is important, but I also want to properly communicate the threats of ad fraud and the possibility that research institutions like data centers might also be clicking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
