Otherwise, I didn’t encounter any issues with the platform itself. **What problems is Spider AF solving and how is that benefiting you?** SpiderAF helps address the challenge of ad fraud and wasted ad spend by monitoring traffic quality and detecting suspicious activity. The benefit for us was having more confidence in the quality of our ad traffic and ensuring that our spend was being used more effectively. Within 2mins of starting a live chat to ask a question, I was in a video call with one of their reps talking about my needs and getting my questions answered. They've been committed and knowledgeable, honest and thorough. Everything you could ever hope for in a service. **What do you dislike about Spider AF?** The only slight downside for me personally is that a lot of the agents I interacted with were in a far time zone from me. That said, they went the extra mile to add me on slack and are responsive even way outside their work hours when I have a question, so that's really well mitigated as well. **What problems is Spider AF solving and how is that benefiting you?** In general, the problem Spider AF solves is click fraud, and boy do they do it well. One month we spent about $5k on Google Ads, and they prevented $10k of click fraud during that time period. We were already using ClickCease, but they didn't support LinkedIn, and Spider AF did. It was a beta implementation, but was still very effective. And the click fraud problem on LinkedIn is extremely severe, and LinkedIn's APIs are much less robust than Google Ads, so I consider Spider AF's offering to be second to none, and a must-have for any company doing paid ads. ### 3. Its done via visually engaging dashboards which is always useful, but also such an approach gives us an opportunity to understand the traffic on a big picture level and open productive talks with the publishers (using examples). **What do you dislike about Spider AF?** It would be useful to see which users influenced the partners high fraud scores, since we decide whether to pay or not to pay on a user-level. At the moment, such information is not available in the publisher-level dashboards. **What problems is Spider AF solving and how is that benefiting you?** Detection of affiliate fraud. We pull this data internally and apply it into monitorings + systems. ### 4. This was due to conversions by malicious bots or ads being delivered on sites where it's hard to tell they are ads. Additionally, the dashboard is easy to view, and it's immediately clear how much cost is incurred from unnecessary clicks and how much of it has been prevented. While using it, the sense that CPA has improved or CVR has improved is honestly hard to feel because it can also change due to external factors or advertising strategies. However, just the fact that it can visualize the prevention of access from overseas servers is quite beneficial. **What do you dislike about Spider AF?** There are no particular complaints or points that need improvement, but I feel that I am unable to fully convey the appeal when proposing to clients. Especially for clients who lack knowledge or expertise in ad fraud, I have received responses questioning whether it is worth spending money on, even if it's a small amount. I want to convey that it is absolutely better to address this for the future.
