
The effort they put into developing the model upfront. We've tried a bunch of AI/chat tools in the past, and most were pretty underwhelming. Spara actually took the time to train on our product docs, pricing, and ICP so it could have genuinely useful, contextual conversations with our visitors rather than just acting as a generic chatbot. We're now able to proactively engage visitors based on high-intent behaviors, and qualify leads with relevant questions that provides crucial intel to our BDRs and Sales teams.

Like any AI tool, there's an initial tuning period to get the conversational flows and qualification criteria dialed in perfectly for your specific use case.
