**What do you like best about Spara?**

Consistent, quick to develop, quick to automate, and easy to use early on. Bugs get resolved quickly too—no one is perfect, but the turnaround time is gold. I also love the flexibility to customize AI prompts, and the integrations with tools like HubSpot and default.com.

**What do you dislike about Spara?**

It’s still early days. At first, there was a lack of features like multi-object sync, and Spara Leads seemed limited to Spara Chat as the main data-syncing mechanism. However, a lot has changed in the 50 days since launch, and we’re on the road to resolving these gaps. We're looking forward to multi-object syncing and workflow reenrolment.

**What problems is Spara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us increase meeting booking rates, improve consistency in qualification, and get our product into customers’ hands faster—whether that’s through renewal outreach, lead nurturing and pricing conversations, or redirecting them to support when needed.

**What do you like best about Spara?**

The effort they put into developing the model upfront. We've tried a bunch of AI/chat tools in the past, and most were pretty underwhelming. Spara actually took the time to train on our product docs, pricing, and ICP so it could have genuinely useful, contextual conversations with our visitors rather than just acting as a generic chatbot. We're now able to proactively engage visitors based on high-intent behaviors, and qualify leads with relevant questions that provides crucial intel to our BDRs and Sales teams.

The whole experience has been fantastic from the start. It's a real conversion layer, not just another chatbot. As a bonus, their team is really great and fun to work with.

**What do you dislike about Spara?**

Like any AI tool, there's an initial tuning period to get the conversational flows and qualification criteria dialed in perfectly for your specific use case. That said, the Spara team was very hands-on and helpful during that phase, so it was more of a minor adjustment period than a real pain point.

**What problems is Spara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were getting tons of high-intent traffic to our website every month, but way too many of those visitors were falling off before we could engage with them. Our forms would capture interest, but by the time someone actually connected with a prospect the intent had cooled off. Spara replaced that reactive workflow with AI that qualifies leads in real time, improving MQL-to-SQL conversion and saving the team a ton of time.

**What do you like best about Spara?**

I have peace of mind that the product is working great... and if it's not I know the support I'll get from the Spara team is second to none. The set up was super easy. We got off the ground quickly and we're looking to expand use cases throughout this year. The team is constantly working with us to think of experiments, and tests. Can't say enough good things about their crew.

**What do you dislike about Spara?**

I probably haven't been the best tool owner here. I've treated it a bit as "set n forget"... but that's because it works.

It hasn't done well navigating multi-product conversations. *But,* this is mostly our own fault because the information is living on multiple websites. The team is working with us to get this sorted, and I'm really not worried it will be an issue long term.

Again... the team is great.

**What problems is Spara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spara is helping website visitors navigate to answers quickly in a chat experience that mirrors how I'd want a human to handle and manage those sales conversations. We're seeing higher website conversion (~70%) and thusly more qualified sales meetings.

Spara has been a great go to solution for my GTM needs. From identifying, qualifying, and converting website visitors to making a meaningful impact on my outbound process.

With initially low website traffic on my site, I didn't see as immediate value until I started gaining more website traffic and using Spara with my outbound.

**What do you like best about Spara?**

Very intuitive UI wrapped around a well-designed AI agent. Without much in the way of custom instructions, Spara hits the right tone and succinctly communicates with leads on our site as our website chatbot. And any time we need to tweak its messaging, the UI makes it easy to do so. Spara is a rare AI solution that successfully leverages the possibilities of LLMs to achieve practical, quantifiable results.

Also, exceptional customer support.

**What do you dislike about Spara?**

Nothing to dislike. The only thing I wish is that they could rapidly expand their product line to offer other GTM solutions powered by their UI and underlying agents. They've got something good going, and I'd gladly work with them on additional use cases.

**What problems is Spara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spara provides our website chatbot to interact with leads on our website, answer questions (including providing answers from our product docs), and gather contact info/conversions. This has enabled us to achieve 24/7 coverage with our chatbot and to engage with leads in any language.

In the earlier stages of the product, could not edit our agentic workflow ourselves and had to rely on the Spara team. But that is no longer the case with product updates.

Spara ensures that no leads slip through the cracks and meets them when they are most engaged: while browsing our site. Easy to further qualify leads, triage customer questions to our support team, and follow up with relevant, tailored information to every lead that engages with our Spara bot.

Spara has proven to be a high-impact AI solution for engaging and qualifying inbound leads especially from website traffic. Instead of letting high-intent visitors drop off into static forms or delayed follow-ups, Spara uses AI across multiple channels to interact immediately, ask qualification questions, and even book meetings directly with sales teams. This has helped us improve our TOFU conversion metrics and boosted website engagement.

As the product is continuously in development and adding more features, it takes time to get used to setting the campaigns and automated replies.

Spara solves the problem of delayed or lost inbound engagement by automating real-time qualification and meeting scheduling. This helps with qualifying leads immediately from the website and keeps the TOFU fresh.

We currently use Spara as our chatbot for our website. Spara has helped a ton to turn high-intent website visitors into booked demos with our sales team. They have an easy-to-use analytics page to monitor how the bot has been performing over time, which gives our growth team visibility.

Spara has so much to offer and ways one can create multiple agents, its easy to forget the KISS strategy and do too much, too fast without refining the prompts for any one agent.
