Fast AI Agent Setup, Powerful Sales Logic, and Super Helpful Customer Success
I like how easy it is with spara to set up a first version of an AI agent, and then iterate very fast to improve it.
Spare can handle quite complex logic in sales conversations that we have built - which was quite impressive!
Especially the customer success team though has been super helpful for keeping us on track and helping us implement the tool - and doing quite a bit of the detailed work.
The UI / UX at the beginning was a bit fragmented - with having to set-up separate agents for chat, email, etc. - but they pushed an update recently that revamped the logic (where now it is one agent to many comms channels) which has improved it a lot!
