Adding AI is a significant benefit as it will accelerates processes that would normally take weeks to accomplish and I'm looking forward to using it. ### 5. It sometimes cannot or does not support certain complex tax rules or tax legislations from specific states. Also coding and categorizing needs may not match products exactly. Beware of any customization as it may not receive the full updates. **What problems is Sovos solving and how is that benefiting you?** Categorizing and assessing sales tax on items sold for each state. They compile and file the tax returns based each states due date. We are understaffed to be able to research each tax situation and collect all the data to do the filing.
