Having all these capabilities within one software platform is a major advantage because it centralizes processes, eliminates the need for multiple systems, and provides a single source of truth for tax compliance. This frees up time to focus on reviewing issues and driving process improvements. Because we're in the older version, SUT and not GTD, we run into some challenges. It sometimes cannot or does not support certain complex tax rules or tax legislations from specific states.
