Sourcefly.ai Reviews & Product Details

Sourcefly.ai is a global sourcing platform for recruiting teams, headhunters and staffing providers, focused on high-quality candidate research and relevant, evidence-backed longlists. The platform combines AI assisted research with ESCO, the European Commission’s classification of occupations and skills, to help teams discover talent beyond exact job titles and keywords. Role requirements are compared with available profile information, making supporting evidence and open questions visible for review. Recruiters can refine search criteria, review findings and collaborate with colleagues and external partners in one shared workspace. Flexible research depth lets teams tailor sourcing effort to each assignment, supporting cost-efficient research while keeping candidate evaluation and selection under human control.
