**What do you like best about SOTI XSIGHT?**

I liked most its support multi manufacture devices , other software doesn't support so many manufactures and models.

**What do you dislike about SOTI XSIGHT?**

I would like to have more deep dive reporting for agent work on user device for support

**What problems is SOTI XSIGHT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of important problem its solving is monitoring device health

I can work anytime and anywhere without worry
