What do you like best about Sorwe?

Sorwe's Mobile-First Approach is really helpful and a time-saver. It makes my team's life easier to execute HR tasks such as engagement surveys, company announcements, feedback, okr tracking, performance management and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sorwe?

There were a few things that the platform didn't had but those requirements were very specific to our organisation. However, Sorwe has all the "needed features" that an HR requires to build a decent Employee Experience in the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sorwe solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sorwe is helping HR professionals by making their life easier. Even in this age of technology and AI, HRs mainly do their jobs manually. Through Sorwe, almost 90% of these tasks such as performance management, engagement surveys 360 feedback, etc., can be easily automated and sent out to the employees in just one click. Sorwe gathers the data for us and presents it in an easy-to-read format which helps HRs to make better decisions to improve the culture of their organisation. "Sorwe has made it easy to analyse people-data"

What do you like best about Sorwe?

With Sorwe, we now better understand how our workforce across various departments feel about the organisation and its goals. Their visual reporting makes it easier to analyse things quicker and take decisions accordingly.

Also, Sorwe has reduced the time it used to take us for launching a feedback survey across the organisation and then chasing our workforce to submit their replies. What do you dislike about Sorwe?

There were certain secondary requirements that Sorwe didn't have but they were not that important. We have shared the feedback with the Sorwe team, who have planned to introduce them in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sorwe is making the life of HR professionals easier by providing a platform/software that allows us to understand the Happiness Score of our organisation...that is how happy our employees are as it helps us (HR team) understand what new initiatives we can take to make the workplace culture better are. What do you like best about Sorwe?

The mobile-first approach by Sorwe is outstanding. It has made employee engagement easier as well as understanding the happiness score of the organisation.

Sorwe's mobile app has allowed my workforce to easily complete feedback surveys, share suggestions and even send positive messages to their peers when a job is well done :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sorwe?

• Sorwe is an employee experience platform, creating motivation and streamlining work processes. It can do everything. When deciding to go to the company, it is necessary to make a reservation on the platform. There are various apps for employers. This app can create the company's own culture.

By virtue of being different from each other, the app can manage employee performance, control healthcare, and do more than one app. It is useful. Committed operations later take reminders and declarations for these. You do not forget the things you have to do. • When working on the Sorwe, the interface is not clear. It does not work on Internet Explorer. It works only on Chrome. It should be user-friendly. It needs more improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

• According to the source, you can create a new design for your own company. This app makes it easier for people to do their work. Especially during the pandemic, it has saved people from having to go to the office. If the employer has any questions, they can ask an authorized person about any unknown deficiencies.
