With Sorwe, we now better understand how our workforce across various departments feel about the organisation and its goals. Their visual reporting makes it easier to analyse things quicker and take decisions accordingly.

Also, Sorwe has reduced the time it used to take us for launching a feedback survey across the organisation and then chasing our workforce to submit their replies. • Sorwe is an employee experience platform, creating motivation and streamlining work processes. It can do everything. When deciding to go to the company, it is necessary to make a reservation on the platform. There are various apps for employers. This app can create the company's own culture.

By virtue of being different from each other, the app can manage employee performance, control healthcare, and do more than one app. It is useful. Committed operations later take reminders and declarations for these. You do not forget the things you have to do. • When working on the Sorwe, the interface is not clear. It does not work on Internet Explorer. It works only on Chrome. It should be user-friendly. It needs more improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
