The UI is feature rich and easy to use. Customer support team is mostly accessible on the call for high priority issues. Its very reasonably priced as compared to tier 1 vendors like Palo Alto and Fortinet. **What do you dislike about SonicWall Cloud Secure Edge?** Documentation and training content can be improved. **What problems is SonicWall Cloud Secure Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?** SonicWall provides secure access to our edge datacenters and public cloud infrastruture and applications. We are using it to provide services like firewall, VPN, SSL/TLS, MFA and end point protection. The tool provides us with lots of metrics and logs for security and network monitoring and ensure compliace across the environment. ### 2. It does rely on an internet connection. Only when everything is working properly this solution perform. The reporting feature uses some improvements. **What do you dislike about SonicWall Cloud Secure Edge?** The implementation process needs to be smoother which sometimes causes delays and frustration. The integration with DFIR is not as simple as expected. Theres room for improvement in terms of cost effectiveness. **What problems is SonicWall Cloud Secure Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?** SonicWall Cloud Edge Secure Access is unable to solve the problem of access to company resources from anywhere. This obstructs my business by not allowing employees to work securely and of their location. ### 3. If Banyan needs an update or is not working properly, I'm not able to complete my daily tasks. Other than that, I love that it's SSO and I'm ready to start my day. **What problems is SonicWall Cloud Secure Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?** If there is a breach in the company, for any reason, Banyan is there and cannot be signed in without the user credentials. ### 5. We've been using it for a couple of weeks and haven't had any issues. The implementation process was smooth sailing. **Recommendations to others considering SonicWall Cloud Secure Edge:** I recommend selecting Banyan Security. Not only is it more secure, it's very user friendly.
