A minor point would be the initial learning curve for setting up more complex study flows, especially for users who might be newer to unmoderated testing platforms. While the basic setup is intuitive, leveraging all the advanced branching logic and survey integrations can take a little time to master. What I love most is the incredible velocity at which we can now operate. Finding high quality participants, which used to be our biggest bottleneck, is now remarkably fast. Honestly, there's very little to dislike. If I were to nitpick, I'd say that while setting up a basic test is incredibly intuitive, mastering the most advanced features, like complex conditional logic in surveys, has a slight learning curve. It took a bit of time to get fully up to speed with all the power under the hood. However, this is a minor point, and their customer support team was exceptionally helpful and responsive whenever we had questions, which is a testament to their excellent service.
