How long does it take you to write a Background section of an application? The Brief Summary section? For the price, Patent Copilot would probably be worth investing in just to help write those sections alone. But Patent Copilot does so much more.
Patent Copilot has allowed me to draft patent applications at a higher quality in 2/3 of the time. This has allowed me to focus more time on big-picture strategies and on including information that may be helpful during prosecution. Also, because the software is keeping track of the details, I no longer need large, uninterrupted portions of my day to work on a Specification so that I can juggle my thoughts. If I have 1-2 hours to work on an application, I can quickly jump back into Patent Copilot, make some progress on an application, and then attend a meeting. This has allowed me to get applications prepared earlier for my clients. Patent Copilot has been a true gamechanger for my workflow and has allowed me to take on much more work. Like any new tool, there is a learning curve. But if you find instructions that make the software write the way you want, then you can add those to a template so that it will write that way going forward.
