"Mobile app and backend development for a fintech project"
5/5
What do you like best about SoftWin?

We worked with SoftWin on a mobile app and the backend services behind it. The team handled React Native development alongside Node.js and AWS work, so decisions about APIs and releases had to be coordinated across both sides. The fortnightly demos helped us review changes while there was still time to adjust them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SoftWin?

Nothing major stands out as a negative experience. The software delivery, code quality, and post-launch support exceeded our expectations. Beyond the typical day-one alignment on project permissions and API documentation, the entire engagement was completely hassle-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear improvements in our AI-search visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about SoftWin?

Softwin helped us make our B2B software easier to find in AI-assisted search. The useful part was the technical work behind it: they revised our JSON-LD markup, clarified how our product and related entities were described, and reorganized content around relevant search questions. The changes were specific enough for us to review rather than just taking the results on trust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SoftWin?

I can't point to anything I was unhappy with on Softwin's side. Looking back, we could have given them clearer brand guidelines from day one, as some decisions took longer while we were aligning things internally. They were patient with that and understood what we were aiming for without us having to explain everything twice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
