**What do you like best about Softon Digital?**

Hiring process was smooth and efficient and the communication is great. Also we have a OOO paid day per month.

**What do you dislike about Softon Digital?**

Sometimes payment comes 2 or 3 days later than expected, which might not sound awful but sometimes it would be best to receive it even 1 or 2 days before the end of the month.

**What problems is Softon Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was hired to work for another company which makes it nice as we have more opportunities and they bring access to important and big companies like the one I'm currently participating.
