I've been using SoftLedger for a year now, and honestly i haven't found anything that I dislike about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate how intuitive and easy to use it is, making it simple to get started. The ability to handle multiple currencies and provide multi-dimensional reporting is very useful. I also value being able to share feedback with the SoftLedger team and receiving support whenever I need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find SoftLedger's ease of use particularly beneficial, especially when it comes to switching between entities for accounting purposes. This feature greatly facilitates the management of consolidated accounting across multiple entities, simplifying what could otherwise be a complex and cumbersome process. Additionally, the initial setup of SoftLedger was fairly easy, which helped ensure a smooth transition from QuickBooks. Regarding controls, we allow customers to define the right permissions and entity access for each and every user, along with the ability to create custom Roles for those Users, all the way down to granular user permissions such as view only, posting/approval ability, and visibility into different modules. Let's work together to create some custom roles where you see fit.

SoftLedger gives us real-time visibility into our financials across multiple recruiting entities and regions. We run several staffing verticals and the built-in multi-entity consolidation has completely eliminated our spreadsheet chaos.
