This is very effective for growing teams. I also like how it brings goal tracking, feedback, and performance evaluation into one place without any complex scenarios. Their interface is clean and easy to navigate, making the adoption smoother across our cross-functional teams, which makes the overall platform performance very effective. **What do you dislike about Rguroo?** Though this platform is very functional, it may feel a bit less intuitive when compared to the more advanced performance management tools. In some areas, like reporting and analytics, they would have made it more intuitive and detailed. Also, their integration with their platform's ecosystem, combined with the productivity tools, can be improved in terms of overall usability and scalability. **What problems is Rguroo solving and how is that benefiting you?** This platform solves the problem of scattered performance tracking and not having clear assigned goals. It uses cloud computing to analyze your data and has numerous functions available so that you can analyze your data/reports on any device (mobile, tablet and PC), and create data models for quick and efficient analyses. It is a lightweight application, with a simple, straightforward and neatly laid out interface so that you can get started with analyzing your data easily.You can import and create datasets, and use those data sets to create plots for easy visualization of data. You can perform various statistical inferences using the analytics pane for both numerical and categorical data, and all functions are opened in a separate tab for easy navigation. Rguroo also allows you to export your analysis results in a word or PDF format. In some dialog boxes, if you're stuck, simply click on the video camera icon and it'll take you to a video tutorial on how to use that function. **What do you dislike about Rguroo?** Nothing much to dislike about this amazing sotfware. Whether you're a student, faculty or an industry professional, Rguroo comes in handy for people of all proficiency levels. The only downside is that this is a web based software, so if you need to perform an analysis offline, you'll need to look at other products. Also, there is a bit of a learning curve, so first time users may find it a little initimidating to use. **What problems is Rguroo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rguroo helps perform data analyis, simulation and visualization anytime, anywhere. All you need is an internet connection and you can get started. There are plenty of features available to meet your data analysis needs and there are video tutorials available so that you can jump right in, without having to go through hours of training. Moreover, since this is a cloud based software, the analysis can be performed in the field, making collaborating on projects/data sets easy. You can even import/export Rguroo's rgr files so your team members can start off where you left. ### 6.
