A bit clunky to use at times best for Twitter not as good on other platforms

**What do you like best about SoDash?**

SoDash supports almost all social media platform than any other tool in the market. SoDash AI is great for customer service through socia media.

**What do you dislike about SoDash?**

SoDash Trial of 14 days  didn't gives you full feature.

**What do you like best about SoDash?**

I love their team work makes it a very smart platform since it integrates the applications with the customer service. It is very good in the part of the email configuration you can put alerts for messages of high levels that arrive faster I can run it in the background. Also the use of several accounts the web allows me to manage them and change quickly between them.

**What do you dislike about SoDash?**

Only sometimes it bothers me that it freezes is very little the times that happens to me but in the same way I lose time when that happens. The attention to the client if you leave much to be desired should attack that to not detract from everything you have achieved.

**Recommendations to others considering SoDash:**

Very easy to understand and has a lot to offer, I recommend that you make the most of it.

**What problems is SoDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No one benefits much in helping my team identify VIPs or trolls for the next time they get in touch.

**What do you like best about SoDash?**

The team is fun their administration and support have work hours at their convenience, being an interesting company with innumerable benefits. Obtaining multiple features that can be used in customer services and marketing and implemented in Twitter, Facebook ect

**What do you dislike about SoDash?**

It is a small company with common initial concerns. The service is constantly being rebooted, which means that I have to reconnect at every moment and this means that the client who is waiting is bothered by the lost time, must acquire more employees that adapt to their rhythm.

**Recommendations to others considering SoDash:**

It is recommended to hire more employees for the analysis and attention to the client because the page is too crowded, in the same way update the equipment since windows are opened in the background

**What problems is SoDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

direct contact with the client evaluating the product and an effective commitment is acquired interacting with social networks.

**What do you like best about SoDash?**

SoDash is a powerful and feature-rich Social media customer service platform that is designed to offer a smart and efficient way for businesses to get in touch with customers. I found it very helpful, and the troubleshooting was very fast and convenient. 

**What do you dislike about SoDash?**

I thought that the user interface can be convoluted with too many features enabled at times. 

**Recommendations to others considering SoDash:**

I really benifited from the automated response functionality which saved me a lot of time and allowing me to use one resources while still engaging with a large amount of social media traffic. The functionality and instant responses were also great. Give it a try!

**What problems is SoDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a problems creating custom tags and the scheduling format but this was quickly attended to

**What do you like best about SoDash?**

I wish we had better chat software that did not freeze up it seems like 5 times plus a day. Other than that though when the program is working it is great for communicating and assisting in multitasking while Im on the phone so I do not have to put people on hold constantly. 

**What do you dislike about SoDash?**

I dislike that the software freezes up too much. When I am in the middle of a call and trying to consult with my manager or a fellow co-worker about the issue I will have a huge message typed out and then the program will freeze causing me to have to go to the task manager and close out of the program. Then I have to re-log in and connect with the chats I was currently in to continue. Also it seems like this happens at the worst times causing things to take 5-10 more minutes than they should making my customer angry about this. It also causes me to loose the progress I had going. 

**Recommendations to others considering SoDash:**

I would recommend but would also recommend having the newest of computers to use this with and also not having too many windows up  in the background while using SoDash. 

**What problems is SoDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We communicate between co workers to discuss the issues going on while we are on the phone with a customer and just in general through out the day. It helps a lot when I am on the phone not to have to get up from my desk to ask a co worker something and to not have to put the customer on hold. It really promotes multi-tasking and helps productivity.

**What do you like best about SoDash?**

I like the ease of use when 1st beginning to use the program. 

**What do you dislike about SoDash?**

I wish the tutorials were a little easier to understand and then try to use that information to accomplish the task at hand. Unfortunately the fact that a horrible serious car accident made it impossible for me to continue my employment at my current job, I am currently taking a leave of absence until I can heal and obtain a new vehicle.

Learn as much information as possible and even extra information if possible. 

**What problems is SoDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To communicate within the company effectively when we're all in different locations and parts of the country.

I like best that all my coworkers can see all the notes I've made for different accounts I have been helping. 

**What do you dislike about SoDash?**

The 14 day free trail was very very basic. I wished it was a true 14 trail.

Easy to listen to all this feedback, respond to our customers, and learn what it is that they would like to see from us. 

**What problems is SoDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reassign content to team members with internal notes that only you and your colleagues can see. Helping my team identify VIPs or trolls for when they next get in touch.

SoDash enables us not only to contact people but also to have a real connection with them. There is a real 1-1 bond created between the user and the client.

There is not much to dislike about SoDash. Maybe the pricing?

SoDash creates a new, authentic a real posibility to conect with the client

It’s up and coming.  Stay with it, I feel like it has potential.

I like how it had the cloud and be accessed from generally anywhere.  It’s fast and convenient.

Honestly haven't got to find out what I like the best because as soon as I got in touch with customer service I did not get anywhere at this point but the format isn't difficult whatsoever

Nothing so far I'm not going to say I have any complaints to be honeest, except the customer service and spend but that's minor..

Putting together all the social media site so I know exactly what's going on all at once

**What do you like best about SoDash?**

What I like the best about So Dash is that it enables us to get in touch with people who contact us through social media and really speak to them and connect. We get a large amount of social media traffic about and to our company. SoDash has enabled us to listen and engage with people. We are not just responding to individual messages, we’re building relationships and understanding the progression of our conversations

**What do you dislike about SoDash?**

I am not sure that I dislike anything about So Dash. I like  it the most when I compare it to other social media engagement software. I think it just needs to mature a little more. I would also suggest improving the customer service on your website.

**Recommendations to others considering SoDash:**

I would recommend users take advantage of all that So Dash has to offer. It is very helpful in being able to better understand your target customer.

**What problems is SoDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main problems my company at the time was experiencing was that we were getting too much unrelated content on the social media fragment tool we were using as the time. It was difficult to filter our what was being said about our company versus other things. Because our company name was a person's name, we got tons of unrelated posts, so that was a major problem. One major benefit with So Dash is that it allows us to really filter out unrelated posts and mentions.
