Socjoi Reviews & Product Details

Socjoi is an integrated society, residential community, club, and association management platform designed to help administrators, committee members, residents, members, staff, and security teams manage daily operations through one centralized system. It replaces paper registers, spreadsheets, manual billing, scattered communication, and disconnected applications with a structured digital platform. The software is suitable for housing societies, apartment communities, residential complexes, clubs, associations, gated communities, and other member-based organizations that need better control over administration, communication, finance, maintenance, visitors, facilities, and member services. Socjoi’s member management module allows administrators to maintain complete records of residents or members, including personal information, family details, contact information, unit or membership details, documents, emergency contacts, vehicles, and membership status. Family members and associated users can also be added under the primary member profile, creating a centralized and accurate member directory. The platform supports maintenance billing and invoice management. Administrators can generate maintenance bills, membership charges, service invoices, penalties, donations, and other configurable charges. Members can view their bills, payment history, outstanding amounts, receipts, and account details through the member portal or mobile interface. Socjoi also includes wallet and payment-related features that help organizations maintain member balances, record transactions, manage collections, and track financial activities. Reports can be generated to review outstanding payments, collections, member accounts, invoices, expenses, and other financial information. The visitor and guest management module helps security and administration teams record visitors, guests, vendors, service providers, and delivery personnel. Entry and exit information can be maintained digitally, improving security and reducing dependency on manual visitor registers. Members can raise complaints, service requests, and maintenance-related issues through the platform. Administrators can assign the request to the appropriate staff member, update its status, add comments, and track resolution progress. This creates accountability and gives members visibility into the status of their complaints. Socjoi supports notice and communication management, allowing administrators to publish announcements, circulars, emergency messages, event updates, maintenance notifications, and other important information. Members can access the latest notices directly through the system, reducing reliance on physical notice boards and informal messaging groups. The platform includes voting and polling functionality for societies, clubs, and associations that need to collect member opinions or conduct internal voting. Administrators can create polls, define voting options, specify eligibility, and review results in a structured format. Socjoi also supports amenity and facility booking. Members can view availability and request bookings for community halls, sports areas, meeting rooms, guest rooms, or other shared facilities. Administrators can configure booking rules, approval requirements, charges, time slots, and usage conditions. The vehicle management module allows organizations to maintain resident vehicle details, parking information, vehicle numbers, and related records. This supports better parking administration and helps security teams identify authorized vehicles. The platform can be used to manage society or club staff, including security guards, housekeeping teams, maintenance workers, and other employees. Administrators can maintain staff details, assigned responsibilities, documents, contact information, and operational records. Asset management features help organizations record common assets such as equipment, furniture, machines, tools, electrical systems, and other shared resources. Asset details, condition, maintenance history, and related documents can be maintained centrally. Socjoi also supports emergency management by maintaining emergency contact lists and important service information. Members can quickly access contact details for security, ambulance, hospitals, fire services, maintenance teams, and other important resources. The member portal provides users with convenient access to maintenance bills, invoices, complaints, notices, voting, wallet information, bookings, delivery requests, donation details, ID cards, certificates, emergency contacts, birthdays, anniversaries, and other community-related services. Digital ID cards and certificates can be generated for members based on the organization’s requirements. This helps societies and clubs maintain standardized member identification and issue relevant documents more efficiently. Role-based access ensures that administrators, committee members, residents, staff, accountants, and security users can access only the modules and information relevant to their responsibilities. This improves data security and supports controlled management of sensitive information. Socjoi provides dashboards and reports for members, payments, maintenance collections, complaints, visitors, bookings, vehicles, voting, expenses, assets, and other operational areas. These reports help management teams understand community activities, pending tasks, financial status, and service performance. The platform can be configured according to the organization’s structure, membership rules, billing requirements, approval workflows, facilities, user roles, and reporting needs. This flexibility allows different societies, residential communities, clubs, and associations to adapt the system to their existing processes. By bringing member management, billing, communication, complaints, visitor tracking, facility booking, voting, finance, staff, and security operations into one platform, Socjoi helps organizations improve transparency, reduce administrative workload, strengthen communication, and provide a more convenient experience for members and residents.
