What do you like best about Socialive?

The customer service and help from the SL team is top-notch, without their help I would not be nearly as proficient as I am now in the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much to dislike about the tool to be honest. The only thing that could improve the tool in my opinion is an overlay of where everything is located for the guests in the green room. "Highly Recommend Socialive to others"

What do you like best about Socialive?

Socialive has been a game changer in the way we deliver virtual training content to our audience. We use the platform to post Facebook live events in our closed group of 55,000 members. With a group this large we needed to find a way to make our virtual events look professional and engaging and Socialive has helped us do this. It is like we can be our own TV producers and create our own professional shows without the cost of working with an outside agency to produce each show individually. What do you dislike about Socialive?

There are some features that can be improved such as having the titles built into the system instead of creating on your own. For the most part this is very easy and user friendly to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Socialive solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted a platform that could help us bring multiple presenters on the same screen for our virtual events and make a professional looking live event. We could not do this with just Facebook alone if presenters were in different areas of the country. Socialive allows us to do this with having presenters based in different states all come together for the same live show - and it helps us create professional looking live events with intro/outros with music, graphics, backgrounds, and different layouts to make the event look engaging. Especially if you intend to have a regular broadcast line-up or if you need support for virtual events. It's and ideal tool for breakout sessions. It's fantastic for quick social snackable content. We've been able to remote record with excellent results. Our social team has solved its Meetup and broadcast problems with the tool. And it's saved us on an event when an analyst speaker for was exposed to Covid. We were able to record remotely with excellent results. Even the simple clipping tool has shown its value. Our need was twofold: On the capture end, we needed an easy solution for remote content capture that didn't challenge users on the access side. What do you like best about Socialive?

Socialive has changed the virtual event space for my team and me. In the past, mixing pre-recorded and live video was a complex, time-consuming task and often times wasn't worth the time and effort. Now, we can easily mix the two together and create an entirely new viewing experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Socialive?

No platform is perfect, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons on this one. I do wish the titlecard creation was a little easier/more customizable, and I think creating an asset library that would be available across all broadcasts would be convenient, but hopefully those features will be rolled out soon! I can now seamlessly mix pre-recorded and live video -- a game changer for virtual events. If a speaker is unavailable at the live event time, or if we want to include a video or a pre-recorded workshop, the possibilities are endless and the convenience is unmatched.
