YouTube analytics can be improved. Many times, data is reflected as -, and the traffic source is important on YouTube as it's available readily to anyone without an account login. So, getting more insights on time, duration, traffic source, and age group from a competition perspective would be helpful. Socialinsider should try to fetch all possible platforms of a particular brand automatically instead of customers having to upload them one by one. This feature is available on RivalIQ. If I delete a competitor account mid-month, the credits associated with that slot are not immediately freed up for use on a new account until the following billing cycle.
