As a leader I like the compliance benefits and the ability to easily push out social content for loan officers. I also love the video catalyst functionality that helps lower the barrier of entry for people who want to do video but don’t have the time or skills to edit. The price point is so much better than paying for video editing. As a user, I’m a super fan. I like to get creative and add my own B roll, do voiceovers, etc and the social coach editors always nail it. My kids’ friends all ask me how I edit my videos that I post because they are so good! It makes it easy to lead by example on social media for my team. **What do you dislike about SocialCoach?** I can’t think of anything, I think I’ve heard some admin functionality can be confusing but I haven’t experienced it myself. **What problems is SocialCoach solving and how is that benefiting you?** Economic video editing, makes social media a no brainer. I especially like how easy it is for our loan officers to establish their brand and personalize their content using those fun sticker headshots on graphics. It’s a small detail that adds personality while still keeping everything on brand. The Video Catalyst platform was another huge selling point for us. It completely takes the stress out of video marketing. Loan officers have access to tons of script, record their video, and the Social Coach team takes care of the editing. The final product always looks polished and professional, which is ideal for busy people who want to create strong content without getting overwhelmed. The number one question we hear from our loan officers is, “How do I not suck at social media?” ( haha!) Social Coach is the answer. It's simple, it works, and it makes showing up online feel a lot less intimidating and more meaningful! **What do you dislike about SocialCoach?** There’s really nothing I dislike about Social Coach. That said, I have created a great relationship with the team and feel very comfortable making suggestions! They always took the time to listen. For example, I asked for the ability to apply the sticker headshots to automated campaigns... and they made it happen. I also pushed for a more flexible way to use Video Catalyst. It used to require a minimum of 8 videos a month, which wasn’t ideal for everyone. Now we use credit packs instead, so each loan officer can decide how many videos to create each month. One credit equals one video, which makes it super simple to manage. They’ve been incredibly responsive to feedback and are always looking for ways to improve their platform.
