Social Automation by Crescendo Lab is a self-serve social engagement automation platform for Instagram, Facebook, and Threads. It turns post, Story, and live comments into automated public replies and direct messages, helping brands deliver product links, offers, and sign-up information without manually replying to every comment. Teams can set keyword triggers, compose DMs with text and link buttons, and track replies, DMs, and click-through performance. The product uses official Meta APIs and has passed Meta App Review for Instagram and Facebook. It supports Instagram and Facebook DMs, while Threads comment automation is available in beta.
