SNOW Atlas has improved IT asset management with its friendly and intuitive UI. It has very seamless integrations such as Microsoft M365, Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft vSphere. The automation feature reduces the manual work with data accuracy; their performance is much more reliable. This provides good value for making license optimization. I really like SNOW Atlas’s friendly interface. The out-of-the-box reports are very helpful as well, especially for licensing with major publishers. The integration with M365 and vCenter feels seamless, and I’ve noticed fewer performance-related lags in day-to-day use. It’s also easy to onboard a new vendor whenever there’s demand from the client. TEven the SNOW copilot AI capability is user-friendly and easy to access. I’d love to see more customization options in the future, since the out-of-the-box reports don’t always cover all the fields we need. The UI could also be improved for better user experience. Snow Atlas has helped us centralize software asset management by providing better visibility into our software inventory, licenses, and usage data. Before using it, gathering this information required manual effort across multiple tools and spreadsheets. With Snow Atlas, we can monitor compliance, identify unused or underutilized licenses, and generate reports much more efficiently. The Software as a Service (SaaS) module is really great. It provides deep insight into the data, sometimes even better than what the SaaS portal itself provides. I also like that it shows the discovery source along with the activity, which makes it easier to understand where the information is coming from. This module provides better reports, and the UI is very user friendly. This module comes with various plugins for integrating different SaaS applications. The support is really robust making the onboarding very easy. AI feature for writing the queries make data retrieval easy. Having all the SaaS data with cost saving suggestions makes ROI high and the price of the module is also very legitimate. Al in all the performance and productivity is boosted. Snow Atlas addresses the challenge of getting a centralized, accurate view of our software, SaaS, and technology assets across the organization. It helps me identify unused or underutilized licenses, improves visibility into asset ownership, and supports our compliance and optimization efforts. As a result, I can make more informed decisions, spend less time gathering data from multiple sources, and deliver more accurate reporting and recommendations to stakeholders.
