Regardless of the UI, the business operations were not disrupted. **What problems is SnapShop solving and how is that benefiting you?** With a single platform to share photos, there was seamless communication between Store Workers and Store Managers, where Store workers would share the photos of a particular incident and the Manger can provide feedback on the same.
