**What do you like best about Smpl.?**

Product overall helped me understand how users behave, what they need and how they feel so that I could decide what to focus on. It was easy to integrate and implemetation to current strategies and product. Also it was easy experience to use and take support when I need.

**What do you dislike about Smpl.?**

Maybe UI and UX can be more user-friendly.

Smpl's ımni-Channel platform simplified my actions and helped me to drive growth and loyalty for my business
