SMMReports Reviews & Product Details

SMMReports is automated social media reporting software built specifically for freelance social media managers and independent agencies. It eliminates the hours spent manually building client reports every month by connecting directly to clients' Facebook and Instagram accounts through Meta's official API, pulling real performance data, and generating professionally branded PDF reports on a automated monthly schedule. Unlike generic reporting dashboards that require clients to log in and interpret raw data themselves, SMMReports delivers finished, client-ready PDF reports directly to the client's inbox. Every report goes out from the social media manager's own email address and custom domain, so clients only ever see the SMM's branding. SMMReports never appears anywhere in the client-facing output, making it a true white label social media reporting solution. Each report includes the metrics that matter most to clients: total reach, impressions, follower growth, engagement rate, top performing content, video views, and detailed audience demographics including gender split, age breakdown, and top cities and countries. Competitor tracking is also built in, allowing SMMs to add competitor Instagram handles and show clients how their performance compares to others in their industry. SMMReports supports multilingual report generation in over 10 languages including English, Spanish, Hindi, Arabic, French, Portuguese, Filipino, Swedish, German, and Turkish. This makes it one of the only social media reporting tools designed for SMMs who work with international clients or operate in non-English speaking markets. The platform includes a flexible approval workflow that allows social media managers to review each report before it sends, or set reports to deliver fully automatically on a chosen date each month. Once set up, the entire reporting process runs without manual intervention, freeing up hours every month that SMMs can reinvest in client strategy, content creation, or business growth. SMMReports is officially approved through Meta's App Review process, meaning client data is accessed through legitimate, secure API connections rather than screen scraping or unofficial methods. This gives both SMMs and their clients confidence that their data is handled correctly and securely. Plans start at $19 per month for one client, with options scaling up to 40 clients. All plans include white label reports, automated monthly delivery, custom branding, audience demographics, and competitor tracking. A 30-day free trial is available with no credit card required.
