**What do you like best about smartImager?**

I can have custom image that can be applied to any make and model windows computer by downloading a driver pack. It is easily transferrable.

**What do you dislike about smartImager?**

A little hard to use because instructions can be confusing. Also some devices do not work with the software


**Recommendations to others considering smartImager:**

It is a little pricey but fixes the problem with multiple computers.

**What problems is smartImager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Image different computers. It makes the process transferrable.
