SmartDocs have been widely in use to process the professional documents to share and edit in easy ways. It has one of the best services which enables users to generate new files using this cloud platform from any device. The other best thing about this tool is that it hands over complete access to the users to share and collaborate over content. The files which can be generated would be of any format including word , pdf , sheets and many more. It includes fully featured tools to format the docs in one of the best ways. All of the professional standards are withstand in it and it can also be used as a backup drive for the files. We can download , perform work and can easily perform editing the way we wants to. I like the fact you can track progress in multiple docs across various platforms. I think the idea is intelligent and the interface is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SmartDocs? I think this platform saves a bit of time BUT it's not revolutionary. I also believe Google and other platforms will quickly find ways to eliminate this service (like sharing content across docs and pages). I don't expect this service to be around in 10 years. Maybe create a Google doc platform of their own, or keep up with the times by adding features that are desired. I used it for a while to assemble my reports, budgets and proposals of the therapies that I do and where I always present the same format, margin and style and to avoid writing the same thing this is an excellent solution to assemble my templates and power Arming documents in an automated way with the same fields and avoiding errors. It's very easy, light weight and integrates with Microsoft Word perfectly. I don't need to use it as another separate software but I'd be using my word program like I usually do only with much more features and functionality to assist every task I have to do.it's also quick to install and learn, it only takes minutes. When I tried to think about any cons I really couldn't find any, all it does is make your experience with Word much easier and more functional than ever. It's expensive but it has many packages that you could choose what best fits you also it's free trial requires you to submit a request first and either accepted or rejected. We would take a long time to create proposals and contracts for deals for our website business but with Smart docs, we would use its smart builder feature which let our writers create different proposals very easily and quickly from already existing content and displays only content that is specific to each proposal. Lots of editing tools you can used to customize your document. Even if your laptop shuts off before saving, you can recover unsaved documents. Even has multple printing options. There are times when I save that the formats of pictures and text box reformat itself which can be a headache. Especially since I can't ctrl-Z to get it back but otherwise it fine.
