You can't send e-signature documents without adding & paying for an additional API. As the system is customizable, it can sometimes be a bit clunky and difficult to use for managers who don't often recruit. **What problems is SmartCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bringing all candidates to one platform for easy reviewing. ### 2. M........ **What problems is SmartCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Through Smart CRM we are trying to put all the customer information on that CRM application so that we can maintain good relationship with that, along with that we have few customisation on the basis of country to meet specifically needs regionally. We are using Smartcrm sales to maintain all the sales data for pitching and maintaining all the GB's ### 5.
