"Considerable for automation"

What do you like best about Smart GDPR?

Like on the title, the automation process (data mapping or consent management and bits etc.) works fine, actually without any extra work, it adapts to the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smart GDPR?

The implementation work is massive, couldn't make it simpler, in fact they made it too complex. It is impossible to work with internal team to set it up and implement, not only that, integration is another factor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smart GDPR solving and how is that benefiting you?

We as a team, used the first version for six months to test if the whole data governance could be automated by this product, however decided to move on due to implementation time and costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Several of the processes, like handling data subject request and performing privacy impact assessment, remain manual.This can be quite cumbersome, particularly in light of ever growing volumes of data and number of subjects to search for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Smart GDPR solves the problem of how to ensure that GDPR compliance is met in different departments of a company.
