There is a learning curve. Its features waste the investment of time. SMACC is a platform that matt when used across multiple devices. **What do you dislike about SMACC?** The user friendliness of SMACC require improvement as it is difficult to navigate and utilize properly. The limited accounting standards and lack of practicality pose problems for businesses. Their support system falls short in solving downtime and software specific issues. The price is expensive and there is room for improvement in terms of functionality and usability. **What problems is SMACC solving and how is that benefiting you?** It completely obstructed our accounting process. It makes our financial tasks difficult and never takes care of our bookkeeping automatically which waste our lot of time and effort. It has become a hub that houses all our information. **What do you dislike about SMACC?** One downside is that there is a lot of content and a little bit of a learning curve for how to use Salesmotion but once you understand the features, it is well worth the time spent to learn the system and its tools. **What problems is SMACC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Salesmotion has helped our sales team coordinate internal resources in preperation for their sales discussions with customers. It also allowed a much smoother transition to more streamlined processes. Training the teams to use it was incredibly easy, thanks to the user-friendly interface and the SMACC Academy and SMACC Video Library. **What do you dislike about SMACC?** There are not as many online materials, which could aid in more specific cases. Our company uses SAP as well, and the information online, related to the platform covers various issues, or at least provides an idea regarding how to approach a specific issue. **Recommendations to others considering SMACC:** It is an excellent tool with a reasonable price.
