What do you like best about Slice Global Equity?

I led the decision to implement Slice’s solution in two different companies, driven by the need to address key pain points I had experienced with previous equity management systems.

Slice provides a seamless way to manage the entire employee equity lifecycle — from option grants to exercises and share certificate issuance — all handled efficiently and with minimal friction. In addition, thanks to its integrations with other systems, data is always synchronized and available in real time — a significant improvement over what I had experienced before.

The platform stands out for its strong compliance capabilities and its ability to cover all the regulatory and operational requirements around equity and cap table management.

The system features a modern, robust UI and is highly intuitive and user-friendly.

In addition, it drives meaningful cost savings by reducing the need to engage external advisors each time options are granted in a new jurisdiction or scenario. The platform centralizes knowledge and processes, making it much easier to operate independently without repeatedly incurring advisory costs.
