For that we will take the info in Mautic, send it to our platform and register the results at the Salesforce CRM. Due to the lack of a direct conector to our platform, we are using a PostgreSQL database to interchange the data. Skyvia's 2 in 1 integration & SFDC backup functionality exceeded our technical expectations, that's why we sticked to it. **What do you dislike about Skyvia?** Unfortunately, Skyvia doesn't support Salesforce reports. We found Skyvia very easy to set up and navigate. While we only use a very small portion of it's capabilities, we now know there is much more we can do with our data and we look forward to exploring what else Skyvia can do. We were particularly impressed with the data mapping capabilities which even support cross-lookups between source and target data. In our case this has the added benefit of self-checking our data to make the synchronisation much more robust and free of errors. **What do you dislike about Skyvia?** The scheduling tool takes a little time to get your head around and could be worded a little better, but the documentation does help with this including helpful example scenarios. **Recommendations to others considering Skyvia:** You don't need to be web developer. Make a plan, think carefully and you can do anything! **What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you?** We sought to synchronise inventory levels from our retail point of sale with our Bigcommerce web platform. We are currently using Query Standard plan to create advanced reports in Google Sheets, that we can share with the upper management more easily. **What do you dislike about Skyvia?** For us, a great addition would be the ability of scheduling the execution of queries through the Google Sheets add-on.
