I had too many issues with it to experience any upside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Skyslope? I am a commercial broker in Colorado. SkySlope's platform has hardcoded workflow stages that cannot be edited or deleted — including a Buyer Agreement that appears on every transaction regardless of deal type. Their support confirmed this cannot be fixed after a 40-minute chat that was then closed as resolved. When I tested their Forms tool, the Earnest Money field truncated the required Colorado legal term "Good Funds" to "Good Fun" on a state contract. The platform crashed multiple times mid-session with a server error. The strikethrough tool can only be used on one line at a time. Onboarding materials contained broken links. SkySlope refuses to terminate my contract despite these documented failures. This platform appears built for residential brokers in California. If that isn't you, avoid it entirely. Skyslope is the newest program that has been introduced for Toronto Area Realtors to use when composing documents. I have used this program and have not had any issues. It is similar to the previous programs we were asked to use, and it is updated on a regular basis. I use it every time I have to compose documents and offers for a client. The most helpful thing about Skyslope is that all documents are in one spot to be turned in, reviewed, and approved. I have used Skyslope for 2+ years now and I do not have any major dislikes so far. There are tiny things, like not being able to use the search bar when on the digisign page, but that is easily rectified by just going to the home page (nothing to fret about). Since day 1, the support that we received from our project manager, Taylor Grossman, has been incredible. There was nothing she couldn't help us with. Their response time on the support line is very good especially since other transaction management platforms have had hours or days before we can get a response. They have implemented a few changes to make user experience better such as the download all button for the shared bundles. As of late the global search feature hasn't been perfect with search results coming up empty. The Manage Transactions/Listings search, while better is a bit counter-intuitive as if you click the search button it does nothing. You need to wait for a result, choose that and then click search for it to show up. The lack of reporting options is a bit difficult, especially for a large organization with multiple offices. Not being able to pick and choose causes additional work as we need to filter down every report we create. Occasionally we get roadblocked by Skyslope support who won't do a task that needs "manager" approval. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Skyslope makes it easy for me to upload documents to my portal for my brokerage to process compliance. It keeps a log of each person who accesses my files to track when somebody processes my commission. At my previous brokerage, we used an in-house database for this service, but I find Skyslope more user-friendly. One thing I love overall about Skyslope is that I can upload the entire contract but then split each page to assign it to the required category. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Skyslope? The only downside of Skyslope for me is that it is currently not synced with other databases used for transactions such as Dotloop. I use Dootloop to have buyers and sellers sign their contracts. I then have to save the file as a PDF, upload it to Skyslope, then split the document. For my type of business, Skyslope makes it easy for the steps of processing to flow between myself and my office. There are many departments in my brokerage that need specific files at different stages of the transaction, so having one database to use for all of those needs truly helps.
