What do you like best about Skyhigh Security Secure Web Gateway?

1] Their Good Customer Support as well as Vendor Support for the Partners.

2] Great Unique Features which are provided in the single centralized Platform because other alternatives uses 3 products i.e. one product for ZTNA, one product for CSPM and one product for SWG, CASB, and DLP. but Skyhigh provides all the solutions such as ZTNA, SWG, CASB, DLP, CSPM, RBI, etc. in one single Centralized Tool. What do you dislike about Skyhigh Security Secure Web Gateway?

1] We have faced some of the issues in the Agent Installation for the Endpoint Security for the Mac Operating system.

2] We are not so sure of whether the IAM Feature exists in the product.

1] It has helped in monitoring and securing malicious web traffic which has helped our customers/clients in protecting against data leaks and web based threats

The most helpful feature of SWG is blocking URLs category based blocking, application, activity control & RBI for risky websites.

The granular control is missing somewhere to configure the policies.

Ex. if we want to allow acess to any sepcific user of gmail domain but the entire domain (gmail.com) should not get the access.

The URLs - category base blocking feature is most helpful in any organization due tho this we can restrict acess to many unsanctioned or unauthorised websites ex: drug, gamblig, games, Alkohal, dating apps.

So when it comes to problem statement.For a good threat protection they build a advanced and new features which is threat protection,In this they have a multiple intergration like remote web isolation this solves more then anything of a business problem and this solves my problems.
