In my experience, they have a very proactive, customer-oriented approach. They were always available to address queries from our team. Interface - They clean platform which makes it easy to get the best out of the platform. Moreover, even on the candidates' end, the interface was superior to the alternatives we had evaluated or used in the past. Cancellation is easy - no lengthy questions or complex steps are required. In fact, they send upcoming payment reminders, which is a common practice but isn't available with all SaaS tools. Once we paused hiring and no longer needed the subscription, we were able to pause the Skillspace subscription seamlessly. **What do you dislike about Skillspace.ai?** 1. Their customer support documentation is not yet exhaustive. They have a prompt customer support mechanism, however extensive documentation that can be accessed easily can make the experience a notch better by removing the dependence on Skillspace.ai’s team. 2. Our payment process hit a small snag that could have been avoided with a different user experience. **What problems is Skillspace.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Identifying the best engineering and data science talent in our hiring pool. In general, the selection process relies on resumes, and more importantly, it consumes a lot of our team members' time. With Skillspace.ai, we were able to easily set up tests and evaluate candidates who had the skills we were looking for. ### 2. It did help us in identifying the best engineering and AI talent in our candidate pool which saved our efforts and expedited the hiring process **What do you dislike about Skillspace.ai?** Nothing specific as such. Their startup program was launched later; otherwise, we could have availed benefits via our accelerator program.
