**What do you like best about Adaptive?**

Adaptive provides an incredible resource to hear and troubleshoot stumbling blocks by getting input from members of other industries, often providing insight from very different perspectives

**What do you dislike about Adaptive?**

I have yet to find much to dislike, with the exception of some timezone limitations for joining ActionClasses

**What problems is Adaptive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am finding solutions outside my peripheral with Adaptive. Accessing a group collective to approach and solve my problems with solutions that would not have occurred to me

  ### 2. A most platform for anyone looking to educate their audience and maximize engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob B. | Senior Manager of Consumer Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Adaptive?**

Ease of use both for content creators and the audience, such user-friendliness facilitates engagement and community building. We have really seen an increase of ideas and solutions after using the platform.

**What do you dislike about Adaptive?**

I think that this platform is excellent and so far I have not identified anything that I dislike, but I will update in case I find something.

**Recommendations to others considering Adaptive:**

Make sure that you make supportive materials easily accessible to your audience.

**What problems is Adaptive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Educating the audience while maximizing engagement and participation, has resulted in a stronger community that supports each member's development and helps them be accountable.

  ### 3. Great training that we actually enjoy:).

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy K. | Director, Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Adaptive?**

Adaptive and the Action Classes help our associates actually look forward to training. A novel concept, I know. With the insight gained from each class, it really is a highlight that our people genuinely enjoy.

**What do you dislike about Adaptive?**

There are not a lot of downsides; we can schedule our own sessions, so timing is not an issue. We select our topics, so they are relevant and important to us. The cost is very reasonable, so even the bean-counters are happy with it. No complaints so far!

**What problems is Adaptive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest problem we are looking to solve with Adaptive is that training sucks. That is a hard one to overcome, but as we have experimented and used the program, our people enjoy the format and content, so much that training is now a highlight. We all get something immediately useful out of each session, which is the ultimate goal of any program, which very few are successful at attaining. Adaptable does it in spades.

  ### 4. Nice tool to engage teams and continue learning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhavin S. | Independent Senior Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Adaptive?**

Adaptive fosters learning and engaging environment, helps get conversations started.

**What do you dislike about Adaptive?**

Nothing really to dislike but definitely can improve on intar team communication tools, that doesn't require management to drive.

**Recommendations to others considering Adaptive:**

Use this as an aid to continuous learning, especially to drive personal responsibility and leadership goals.

**What problems is Adaptive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team member engagement, conversation starters and learning and growth mindset

  ### 5. The new way to harness learning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alfredo M. | Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Adaptive?**

The calendars with live activities and have access to the network of registered students and the resolution of doubts and questions in each session

**What do you dislike about Adaptive?**

Possibly I would like materials and activities to be added to each session to exercise learning

**What problems is Adaptive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learn new skills and topics in small chunks of time.

  ### 6. From insight to action

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Adaptive?**

It's easy to get sucked in to TED talks or YouTube videos on productivity but few of us actually take action. ActionClass brings clarity and focus on what action to take next to move your life or business forward.

**What do you dislike about Adaptive?**

Sometimes the attendance can be low, but I've gotten value from each no matter how many people attend.

**Recommendations to others considering Adaptive:**

It's hard to quantify what you'll get initially, but I highly recommend attending 2-3 sessions to see the results for yourself.

**What problems is Adaptive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting clarity on my goals and what action to take next.
