SkillDojo Reviews & Product Details

Completion isn't competence. Most training budgets buy certificates that prove attendance, not capability. SkillDojo closes that gap with one loop: author, practice, certify. Author: upload your playbooks, SOPs, and decks. SkillDojo turns them into courses with knowledge checks and roleplay scenarios in hours, not months. Unlimited authoring, no meters. Practice: your people rehearse the real conversation against an AI character who resists, deflects, and escalates like a real counterpart, with a debrief after every run. Certify: certification runs use fresh scenarios the learner has never seen, so the credential measures ability, not memory. Your L&D team sets the bar. The scoring is validated against expert human judgment and the numbers are published: ICC 0.96, kappa 0.87 (one expert rater, 36 transcripts; methodology at skilldojo.ai). Ask any vendor for theirs. One price, everything included. About fifteen dollars per learner per month. SkillDojo. Practice makes proof.
