In house hosting ability is a huge plus for us, as it makes it transparent for the user and there's no "flashing" as it's not javascript based. Stats/Analytics are great and very detailed and every researcher will love these. Very powerful when using regex. You can basically change anything in your source code. Excellent customer support with very fast reaction times and always helpful solutions. The staff are all very friendly, likeable and very easy to talk to as we got to know each other at one of their events.
