  ### 1. It is a fraud company, they stole my money and they are not answering

**What do you like best about SiteGuarding?**

nothing helpful in their service. Fraud company.

**What do you dislike about SiteGuarding?**

Siteguarding is a fake company, which has acquired a cheap virus scanner. I stopped my account with them, but they kept withdrawing money. No real phone numbers, and they don't respond on emails. Their Telegram support avoids helping you.
Be aware of those Fraud companies. I had to cancel my card to stop the withdraw.

**What problems is SiteGuarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They claim to clean Malware from websites, but the plugin is very weak.
It was meant to steal users money.

**What do you like best about SiteGuarding?**

Their software was helpful and seemed to provide the security we needed.

**What do you dislike about SiteGuarding?**

After using Siteguarding for several years, I sold the website it was on and no longer needed it. I was charged a renewal fee after the service was over, which I asked for a refund for. Siteguarding refused to refund the annual fee saying it was my fault for not canceling beforehand. As the company is outside the USA, there was not much I could do but warn others.

**What problems is SiteGuarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used the service to help secure our website.
