## About Siplify
Siplify Commission Manager is an incentive-compensation (ICM) application for managing sales commissions administration. Teams define plan rules such as quotas, accelerators, team credit, SPIFFs, and clawbacks, then import closed-won transactions, assign role-based credit, and generate per-rep statements. The system tracks running quota attainment and evaluates deals in chronological order, ensuring accelerated rates apply only to revenue above target. Results include a transaction-level audit trail, effective-rate views, and exports to spreadsheets or PDFs for payroll. Siplify is built for organizations moving off spreadsheet models that need accuracy, transparency for reps, and a straightforward rollout without a heavy enterprise implementation.
