The thing that impresses me most about Simply Work is how workforce scheduling with a prediction feature has made my job so simple. From looking at past and present data, it forecasts the demand for labor with great accuracy, which has kept me away from the usual guesses in scheduling. What I like the least about Simply Work is that the scheduling is very limited in terms of customization.
