From looking at past and present data, it forecasts the demand for labor with great accuracy, which has kept me away from the usual guesses in scheduling. An intuitive interface and built-in compliance with local laws make the process easy to go through and create efficient, accurate schedules. **What do you dislike about SimplyWork?** What I like the least about Simply Work is that the scheduling is very limited in terms of customization. Although predictive features go a long way, at times it's difficult to tailor the tool to meet certain business needs or unique scheduling scenarios. Moreover, extending integrations with other software may take the experience even further and make workflows yet smoother. **What problems is SimplyWork solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Simply Work for labor forecasting, creating an exact schedule.
