What do you like best about Simplesat?

It has features and functions as we need it to and is efficient for our budget. The best thing of all though, has been their willingness to quickly adjust our surveys to our use. They have taken out verbiage, adjusted sliding scales, and removed links we did not want - and they did it quickly at no charge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simplesat's interface makes it really easy to see what's important to you. Working in the CX space, it's critical to be able to identify trends, areas of opportunity, and insights about your agents. SimpleSat makes it easy to see when we're getting better, and how other initiatives at the company ultimately affect our customer's overall experience. I love how clean everything looks, and reporting is really easy to navigate. Any time I've ever had to reach out their support team, they've given me an answer right away! There's not much to dislike. I've recommended adding a darkmode feature just to make it easier on my eyes since I also use a number of other reports and dashboards when managing the day-to-day of my department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SimpleSat gives us data into how well our CX team is performing. Before using this, our data was a bit skewed, and we didn't have a high response rate from our clients. By making the survey quick and easy to engage with, we're seeing enough clients share feedback to where we can take action on it and strategize what enhancements we need to add to our workflow, and what policies may need revision.
