The simplefeedback provides a good platform for collecting feedbacks and forms with various features to get a instant sight for our sales. It supports mostly all the available devices. The Dashboard is also quite helpful.

Glitches can be avoided and sampling issues can be resolved which might help in getting much accurate results.

This application does not support localization. For users who do not speak fluent English, it will be a little difficult

As the name describes, simple feedback is a fairly simple way to upload and get results for a survey. It doesn't take too long to set up and I did not run into any major mechanical issues whatsoever. Simple is best... KISS keep it simple stupid!

**What do you dislike about SimpleFeedback?**

I don't particularly appreciate how it can be unclear at times how close/far along you are to finishing the survey. I believe people care most about how much time a survey is going to last. Too long / too short without knowing really how much more makes them want to quit more easily.

Pretty simple and easy, I would say it is comparable to everyone else's though.

Simplefeedback provides you with 15 days free trial, and the Starting price is very low which starts at 9usd. It is easy to use and has a good looking Ui. It can be beneficial for small businesses who are just entering the market, as simplefeedback can help in market research, creating a customer database or help in analysing the latest trends .

Though the starting price is 9usd, it only allows one user, for multiple users the price can go significantly higher which can be a concern for many small businesses. One of the disadvantage of simple feedback is that it not not as popular as some of the other available applications in the market.

If you have a startup or a small business, you can use simple feedback. It is a cost effective way to receive feedbacks and for market research making iy perfect for cost conscious people.

Our company used this product before in doing a monthly survey for all the employees. The survey has been effective and used by the team leaders to identify the strength and weaknesses of their subordinates, also, by getting their team's current feelings about their job, whether they are happy or not, or if they have any hatred or suggestions for the business.

I didn't see any problem, so far, so good, and all is working well. Maybe a slight improvement on the structure.

This is one of the few survey-making tools out there, which allows branding of surveys . Its feedback form is easy to customize and it allows end users to determine how our survey targets can access survey forms . 
   Its customer feedback portal makes it easy to setup notifications for different types of surveys we are running in my company, likewise we are able to respond in real time to customer surveys.

I am perfectly satisfied with my Simplefeedback experience. This platform is more than a survey making tool for my company, for us we see it as a customer engagement feedback tool.

You can use it to gather customer feedback, hence the name, or to get their information for the sake of sales follow up, so it does provide a few useful functions

The sales lead function just never seemed to work right. Either customers couldn't figure out where to properly put their info, or the software couldn't figure out where to send it

In the end we moved away from simple feedback as the sales leads was our primary use. It may work better for those more interested in the feedback functionality

You have to be pretty hands on to start but you will get increased client data as you learn the system. We'll worth the time investment learning the ins and outs.
