Thank you for your review and your feedback about the pricing. I'll take this back to our team and see if this is something we can better address. You probably say within the "Purchase Options" area in your admin settings you are able to directly purchase from there, perhaps we can look at a way to make that more prominent. Also the pricing page on the website might also help answer basing questions about credits, and the different monthly subscriptions. Thanks again:

Thank you for your feedback! Please do not hesitate to reach back out to us if we can help. You may have also seen that on your dashboard, there's a direct link to request an on-boarding call. This is completely free, and our SimpleCert Specialist can help set up, and answer any questions you have about the platform. You are also correct that once certificates have been created, they are un-editable from the recipient side. This is a security aspect, that prohibits people from altering certificates that are issued. As the Admin, you can always make edits to the recipient name, and recipient email - even after certificates are issued. What do you like best about SimpleCert?

1) We don't have to make all the certificates for different individuals manually.

2)I use it frequently for club work when I have to send 100+ certificates.

3)It has the features of making, sending and organising the certificates for records.

4)We used to have a list of the winners or contributors of different events, we had to upload that list

"Easy to create certificates"

Template creation is easy and certificate generation on the fly is super fast.

QR code authentication and LinkedIn posting is very easy.

Pricing is a bit too high for the product.

With several templates available on the platform, we can choose the one based on the requirement, for official or causal purposes. We can customize almost everything and make the certificate.
