We "stay in our lane" so to speak - we know our best use case is in the management of certifications and credentials -and so it's great to hear you have found this to be a great help for you. Stay tuned also for further updates on direct integrations! You can easily use systems like Zapier, or the Postman API platform to configure an integration today. We will be releasing direct integrations with some key partners very soon. I can also tell you that a direct integration into Zoom is very high up on that list :) . Hi Katherine! Thank you very much for your feedback, and we greatly appreciate your trust. I hear you on your comments about email deliverability. SimpleCert has a 99%positive reputation, and distributes thousands of certificates every single day, but even with that high of a reputation there can be firewalls and email servers that will still restrict the deliverability. This is especially common with government or institutional email addresses. Have you explored setting up your emails to be sent out via your own email server? This is simple to do, is free, and can directly improve your deliverability because your recipients are likely already getting emails from you directly. Here's an article on how to make this change in your account: https://simplecert.net/help/can-i-use-my-own-email-server/ . Please also do not hesitate to book time with an account specialist, from the dashboard of your account (This is the "Request help setting up" link). This is also free, and they can absolutely help you configure your own smtp server. I would try that, to improve your deliverability. Thank you again for your continued trust.

It was exactly our intention and hope that offering the ability to create and send up to 50 certificates, for free would provide anyone with a clear are easy way to test and decide themselves if SimpleCert was a correct fit for them. Thank you for your feedback! We're super appreciative of your trust and comments here. External API integrations are available now, most people end up using a system such as Zapier or PostMan. You can dig further into our API documentation via the link I'll provide below. Even with this however, we're working to roll out several direct API integrations with several various platforms - We're have those released hopefully in the fall. Thanks again for your comments here.
